Padding for rear headrests?

I just noticed that the headrests for the rear seats on my ge8 are extremely firm and as a result uncomfortable. It's almost like resting your head on a rock, lol. Has anyone "resolved" this issue before? ideas?

All I can find on amazon and other sites are neck pillows. Doesn't seem to be any padding that you can just put onto the headrest.

If I can't find anything, I might have to make something myself...

Silly question but have you extended them up? They're very uncomfortable when in the down position as they dig into the neck and shoulders, but I find them to be comfortable when they are extended up.

No worries. Yup, I've extended them up so that the headrest only contacts the head and not the back or shoulders. Hm, perhaps the exact vertical position of them might make a difference. I'll try setting them slightly higher or lower to see if it makes a difference.

I know I find the back seats and headrests more comfortable in mine with the seats in the reclined position, and the headrests to be a bit firm if the seats are full up.

Get a neck pillow if the headrest doesn't comfort in any position. Some people really do feel it hard.
