What do you guys think about getting a rear swaybar and a subframe bar?

here are the 2 I was thinking about getting:

Rear Sway bar:

I noticed my car doesn't exactly corner and take high speed turns like it used too.. I am thinking perhaps my rigidity has gone down.. and I want the car to feel like new again.
