Tool to use to remove the outer bearing piece from the knuckle?

Tool to use to remove the outer bearing piece from the knuckle?

How did you guys get the half of the bearing out that was stuck on the knuckle? is there some kind of tool i need? I was going to use the new bearing and press out the old one, but iam scared i will mess up the new bearing.

You aren't going to reuse the bearing? You could just mash it all back together and hope for the best.

If you must remove the one race from the hub.....I use a cutoff wheel to make a cut into the race as deep as I can get without hitting the hub (at least not very deep into the hub), then use a cold chisel and hammer to crack the race at the cut. Once it is cracked it slides (or taps) right off.

just a follow up, i ended up buying this which i used to get the outer race out, and i used a dremel to cut the inner race off of the hub
