Is $5000 a good price for a higher milage 2009 GE8?

Was wondering what peoples opinions are. I found a base model 5 speed mt with 111000 miles on it. It's a 2 owner car with a carfax showing no accidents and regular maintenance.

The kbb value was about 4850 tops, what do you think?

Thanks
Adam

That seems reasonable to me. We see lower-mileage Fits of the same vintage here going for closer to $8K/$9K.

Seems reasonable to me as well.
110k isn't that many miles on these cars as long as the complete maintenance history is documented.
