Door Panel Clip Replacement

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking here for a few weeks since I got my 2012 Honda Fit. This seems like an excellent and fun community and I look forward to being active in it!

I replaced my stock head unit last week and attempted to change out the speakers as well. After pulling the interior door panel off of the driver's side, I realized that 3 of the red clips that secure the panel to the door frame had been left stuck in the door frame.

I attempted to get the stuck clips out, but ended up breaking them even more. They are in there tight! Luckily, I was able to put the panel back on, minus attaching it to the stuck clips, and aborted my speaker installation for the time being.

I'm wondering if someone can point me to where I can get more of these door clips. I assume I'm going to have more stuck once I start removing the other door panels and would like to have a good stock of clips so I don't have to worry about breaking them.

I've found these on Amazon, but am unsure if they will be an exact fit, since Amazon is indicating they won't fit my Fit.

Thanks for any help or ideas you can provide. I appreciate it greatly!

Red door clips are Honda PN 91560-SAA-003. Order them from your local dealer or one of the online Honda parts dealers. Current MSRP is $2.03. The dealer parts counter will typically charge above list. Online parts dealers can be found substantially below list but you'll need to pay shipping.

Also if you are lazy like me, just cut a square of the 3m VHB (30 pound) and stick it where the tab will go.

That stuff holds like magic.
