2nd gen one step cooler plugs
hello, first off since this is the internet I'm going to appologize as the answer is probably here and I'm just not searching for it correctly...
I have a 2012 fit sport and will be changing the plugs this weekend and wanted to go one step colder as more pieces go onto it this summer.
I had noticed the intakes are different between the first and second generation and was really wondering if the plugs themselves had changed and all of these things of people using the "ik22" plugs seem to be on the first gen.
Does this mean the 2nd gen uses the same if no information has been altered since (that I can find)?
Just being nervous as I was intending to do the plugs in the parking lot of advance auto and then immediately returned the stock plugs after I realized I should probably do some valve timing once its apart since its getting near 80 or 90k anyway. I'd found the how to on the site hear quickly, but the actual cooler plug number rather than the stock one was in question as these automated websites don't let me select cooler ones or say it "will NOT fit your 2012 Honda fit"
