OK guys, don't know how you call it or if you know it at all

Basically there are companies that change the settings of the unit and it should give some extra power.
Now the question I have base Europe Jazz/fit with 1,2 l 4 cylinder - 66kW, 114 Nm.
They claim to add 7kW and 17Nm. It would be nice I think, but would it be noticeable change?

Do you have any experience and what is your opinion?
