Greetings ,when i turn on the AC on my vehicle at idle the revs start falling for a brief moment and the car starts shaking afterwhich it goes back to normal....it drops to about 500 rpm if im not mistaking and it can be felt inside through the shaking of the car and on the otuside from the sound of the exhaust. My Car is a 2012 model with 19,000 KM on it bought brand new.what might be wrong with it? any solutions?

What is your warm idle rpm with AC off?
The AC will draw it down somewhat...but 500 sounds too low. Vacuum leak?

That sounds about right...not sure what the problem might be.
Hopefully someone that has experienced this will join in with info.
Good luck.

Not a mechanic, but some ideas...
1) the AC compressor may be bad, such that engaging it on creates extra "drag" on the motor. This would explain the lower RPM
2) Your mileage is low, so I would not expect this: check your spark plugs. My car ejected a spark plug and thinking back this would explain my occasional rough idle... Though, if this were the case, you would see rough idle when you start to accelerate...

Best action is to take it in to a mechanic you trust. In the meantime make as many observations as you can and pass them along to the mechanic.
