are these lights a jdm edm or some other market headlight? will the fit a usdm fit? i really like the look of them. much nicer than stock usdm lights imo.

 

I believe they are JDM but they added a HID retrofit.

they should, I think all models GE8 have the same headlight module. Might have changed in 2011 cause the facelift

 

 

No. JDM and EUDM do not fit usdm.
You would have to do a whole front end swap.
Fenders, hood, grille.

You can always do a retrofit. Which is what I did.

 

I fully planned on doing a retrofit. That's not my issue. I can't stand that stupid bubble looking light on top of the headlight. I think it was a horrible design idea . I also like the idea of making the front end shorter so for me its a win win.

There’s a fellow Canadian GE that did the JDM conversion.
Not sure if you followed his build.

im going to go to a&j and find out what im looking at for the cost to do the conversion. im willing to bet its gonna be stupid expensive. ill do the work but the parts im sure will still be up there in price.
