jdm headlight

is it just me or they give so much more glare then usdm ?
and for some reason my headlight beam is like this .... why ?

The beam pattern is different, and the angle is for driving on the left not right.

Can someone post a pic of their jdm light beam??
I think its
because my hid on the right is stuck on high beam ...!
