Hey all. Just bought a CPO 2013 Fit Sport MT and I've got a few questions. Does this vehicle have the ability to turn on the map lights when the door is opened? Does this vehicle have the ability to automatically open the locks when I turn the car off? Is there any way to turn off the little light that illuminates the cup holders in front of the stick shift? Thanks so much for any help!

 

Does not turn on the map lights (front, by windshield) with door opening. It can turn on the dome light (above, slightly behind head).

Can be programmed to unlock with car turning off (AT also can unlock with putting it in PARK).

The light in front of the cup holder was not part of the 2010 model that I have, so I can't answer that one.

 

Thanks so much! I actually had some time to sit down and go over the owners manual and found the little book that shows you how to program the locks.

To be totally honest, I had no idea that dome light was even there haha! I got it switched though and it works exactly like I want it to.

I haven't found anything about the cup holder illumination, but it is only mildly annoying during my early morning commute.
