Airbag light on cold morning starts

Hello all,

I've had my airbags replaced by recall last year.

This winter, when I start the car on cold mornings (-10C) I occasionally get the red airbag warning light. If I drive the car for about half an hour and restart the car, it goes away.

Anyone else get this? Anyone have it checked out?

If I set my heavy briefcase in the passenger seat and not snap the seat belt and then start driving. Doesn't matter what the weather is morning or night.

I occasionally get the red airbag warning light.
You need to find out what fault code(s) have been detected first.

Airbags can be scary and I would get that problem resolved ASAP.

Last thing you need is a broken nose from unintended deployment. Or the staggering cost of replacing a bunch of airbags that unintendedly deployed.
