AC Blows Ambient Temp - No Clear Solution

Hey guys, I've been troubleshooting my 2012 Fit Sport's AC for a few days now. Blows ambient temp, no cooling happening at all. When it "worked" it did the typical blow kind of cold for a while, but blow warm after an hour or so. Turning the AC button off then on for a few minutes helped. Then over the course of maybe a couple of months, the system degraded to no cooling whatsoever. I've done troubleshooting, but I can't seem to pinpoint a cause.

Manifold gauge readings (about 70 deg F ambient):
Compressor/Engine off: 100 Low, 100 High.
Compressor On: Low cycles between 15-30, High is consistent at about 165

Things I've Checked:
Compressor: clutch engages (short cycles at idle)
AC Button: Compressor turns on when the button is pressed and light is illuminated
Blend Door: I can hear a change in the air flow when I actuate the hot/cold knob in the cab, and flow velocity is perfectly fine
Fans: The fans come on. Regardless, there's no cold air while driving either.

Other Observations:
There has always been a hissing sound coming from the vents when the compressor was on. This still happens. Right before the AC went out for good, the hissing sound intensified.
Both Low and High lines are warm to the touch along their entire visible length

I'm thinking of playing it safe and replacing the Expansion Valve, Evaporator, Condenser, and Drier, but if its something easier then that would be great.

I know this was a lot to read, hopefully someone can help me piece this together. Thank you!

do you have a grill on your car? ac condenser is infront of radiator... so if you ever drive on gravel or the highway things are going through this ($300)and not the radiator($50)

I was in your boat. Fill the thing up some with nitrogen or R134a, and look under the car. I happened to see the R134 coming out the condensation pipe. The evaporator coil was damaged.

I got around to fixing it after 8 years as I have another to drive but 3.5 V6 ain't cutting it with gas prices where they are at
