Hey guys, I just had my VSA and CEL light turn on after idling in a target parking lot with only the power on in the car. (turned on the car, but not the engine.) Turning on and off the car cleared the VSA light but not the CEL LIGHT. The car drives completely fine, and doesn’t make any weird noises either.
This same problem happened awhile back with a P0303 code, and was fixed by just clearing the CEL light and was able to drive for a month and half (even able to drive 90 on the highway for 15 miles) before coming on while idling in a Target parking lot.
hey guys, the cel went away the day after, but I had gotten my spark plugs replaced anyways. when taking out the plugs, the cyl 3 sp was very dark/gray compared to its friends, and you could tell why it was the one that had misfired. the plug was super loose, and was able to be loosened by hand, while other ones needed a little more to loosen.
