2009 Fit Sport Alarm going off, tried multiple solutions

Hello all.

I've got a 2009 Fit Sport that recently had the battery need a jump. I hooked it up to jump it and then turned the key and the alarm started going off. Yey! My key couldn't lock or unlock the car with the remote. I also couldn't use the shifter, unless I depressed the little slot next to it. So I pulled the alarm fuse and drive it home.

I have tried holding down the panic alarm with my key for a couple minutes, I've tried locking all the doors and then manually unlocking the door multiple times, I've tried disconnecting the front hood sensor and jumping it. I've tried putting the key in the ignition turning it to the on but not turn over position and leaving it in for a few minutes. I've tried disconnecting the battery for ten minutes.

Of note the green key light flashes briefly with I turn it on but goes away. The red alarm light on the dash starts blinking a moment of so after I turn it on.

So I called my local Honda dealer and they want $140 to even look at it, which is outrageous, I just want them to hook up the HDS. So I'm out of ideas, I thought I'd try here to ask if any of you auto inclined individuals had any ideas? I don't know if the little code readers AutoZone has would be able to help with this.

I'm pretty good with electronics and don't mind a bit of jank to make my car not blare the alarm constantly.

I can’t help, but ever since I jump started the car years ago I’ve been experiencing increasing problems with alarm/key fob/ immobilizer. Finally on Fri I tried to start the car for 5 hours!! with no luck because I couldn’t disable the alarm so the immobilizer would cut the engine (new key fob batteries, new AGM battery bought that day, etc). It finally worked randomly in the afternoon so I drove it straight to a Honda mechanic and said “here please fix call me whenever” lol.
