Auto trans filter

2013 sport auto trans.
Just got it, and looking to see what might need to be changed.
Is the canister trans filter, under the battery, for the auto trans or the CVT trans???
I have 94,000mi and seems like it should be changed.

It's where the white arrow shows here; you can see the filter. This is our 2013 Sport Auto.

How often should it be changed???
Just got the fit, and want to see what it needs.
Haven't checked anything yet.

I've never seen an official recommendation on it. I changed it at 56,000 Miles when we bought it as a used car, but I haven't changed it since because my kid now owns it and lives far away. It has 160,000 Miles on it now without a filter change since. (The ATF fluid has been changed regularly all this time.) At 94,000 Miles on yours, I'd change the filter. It's a fairly easy job and the filter is not expensive. I think the Honda P/N is 25430-PLR-003, but you'll want to double check.
