Driver's Door Latch Weak

My 2007 Honda Fit Base model driver's door needs that "2nd pull" to get the door closed. I lubed the latch and tightened the 3 screws/bolts with no joy. Honda wants $177.33 for a new latch. Where can I find another one cheaper? Thanks

Adjust Striker. loosen it and move striker around to where you want and retighten it. Hope this works

I had cars that behaved this way because they were starting to drop at the hinge. The extra friction at the bottom made them close harder. Make sure it is indeed the latch, itself.
