Causes of cylinder misfire on 09 fit?

Pulled the codes and had misfire one cylinder 1, 3 and 4 as well as a random/multiple misfire code.

This was after the car struggled to start and just barely turned over this evening. Two weeks ago, I had a similar problem, car wouldn't start - replaced an old battery... still wouldn't start. Held the gas pedal down while turning it over on advice of mechanic and it started. The fuel pump had been flooded, but no codes were thrown then. No problems since then until tonight.

From what I've read on the GD's, I'm thinking maybe coil packs or plugs? I installed cold plugs around 10k - 15k miles. Car currently has 69k miles.

Anyone else had issues or have advice? If it is indeed coil packs, is it an easy change?

Have you verified the fuel pump operates properly? Check fuel filter? Have fuel at injectors? is your air filter clean? This thread has some good info

It's almost certainly the coil packs, if they havent been replaced already. Mine all failed at 50-55k. Order the aftermarket part from RockAuto at about $55 each, else a dealer will hit you for $120 each. Its a very quick job for a mechanic to do, less than 30 minutes labor.

Thanks for the link. I haven't had the codes come back after clearing them. I'll check the filters and see if anything has gone awry. Not sure if it's because it warmed up or what.
