Arrow Replacing Helicoil

Hey guys this is my first post, but long time forum hound. So my 09 fit just blew a spark plug and I haven't had a chance to take a peek to confirm it, but the mechanic who looked at it said im going to need to replace the Helicoil. I was looking around and saw an easier fix called Time-Cert. It basically replaces the thread with another and it looks super easy. Anyone ever heard of/used these? If so what size and how hard is it really to do without pulling the engine completely apart or out for that matter?

Any input would be extremely appreciated!

This is one of those things where you really should do it the hard way and pull the head or risk damaging your bottom end from dropping something in the cylinder ect... my experiences with helicoils/timeserts on heads haven't been all that great either and I ended up sourcing a good used head for my civic.
