Tauwolf's Milano

I finally was able to get the first shots of my new Fit. Being winter, I haven't done too much to the exterior yet, but I wanted to start a picture blog to chronicle how the car evolves. I'll get some interior shots after I have the dashboard fixed next week (from the stereo theft a month ago).

Also, in the shots that show the drivers side, you can see where I busted up the Mugen side skirt on a monsterous ice mound at the end of my driveway, the night before these pics were taken. That's also being replaced next week.... <sigh> I'm starting to wonder if this 2 month old car is cursed haha.

Coming soon: Smoked DEPO LED tail lights, Swift springs, and goo-gone'ing that damn dealer tattoo off the hatch haha.

Thanks guys! Yeah those are just the standard Honda alloy upgrade wheels. I rarely see them on this forum, but I personally feel they are some of the best looking wheels you can put on a Fit. Sporty but classy.

I was going to put on my tail lights today, but ran out of time before I had to head into work. I'll get that done tomorrow and maybe get some more pics.

Damn, I just realized I could have removed that dealer tattoo though, haha. forgot about that cuz the hatch was up......

also just an fyi, u blurred out ur lp in all photos except the last, in case u didn't catch it

BTW the tt kmr bars are gonna look so nice on the underside of ur Milano, kind of jealous that they arent gonna make them in blue lol

Ahhhh thanks! I did miss that. I'll take care of that tomorrow and repost the picture.

As for the wheels, funny you should ask. I was looking for that info earlier this evening. It's surprisingly hard to find those numbers. I'll keep trying tomorrow. They cost about $300 each through Honda. I think I remember seeing them on eBay around $200. Here's a link to a dealer who has them at $217: http://www.keenanhondaparts.com/serv...T-16%22/Detail

Man I am so stoked for that chassis gear. I will blow this forum up with pics after I get them installed!

I was feeling extra motivated tonight after work, so I got my smoked tail lights and my electronic throttle control installed. If you don't have an ETC yet, you really need to pick one up. I thought my Fit was fun to drive before, but now, oh yeah.....

And those stupid dealer stickers are no more haha.

If you take one of the wheels off, the specs are probably etched into the backside of the rim somewhere. If the offset of these are between the stock 55 and the 38 i got now, i may decide to get them, they look so nice.

Hey Java, I found the specs for those wheels. They're 16x6 offset 53.

The Swifts and rear sway bar are getting installed Friday

Got my Swifts installed this morning. Life is good.....

I was already very happy with the handling of the stock Fit, and these springs noticably improved the already fun ride. Can't wait to get the rear sway bar installed now!

As most of you know, the drop on the Swift Mach springs is just a hair over an inch. It's very subtle, and exactly what I was looking for.

Pics of the actual springs will come when I get her in the air for the rsb install.

Oh, and you can get a little glimpse of the DEPO smoked tail lights in that first pic. I'm really pleasently surprised with how nice those look. They make me smile everytime I see them haha.

No problem! I decided to pass on the apex-i's. After seeing the specs I realized they were a much lower drop than I wanted.

There were new specs put up saying you can go from an inch above stock to 2.5 lower. so basically anything you want.

My Depo's make me smile too they are awesome. I might get some LED bulbs soon for the reverse and turn signals in both my tail and heads!

Well, tiger tuning chassis bracing is paid for. Yesterday I started figuring out what autocross, drag, and driving school events I'm going to do this spring. It'll be my first time doing anything like that, but I plan on having lots of fun with it. Life's too short!

Sorry for the crappy phone pics. A couple of new additions to my Fit today:

You better keep that paint protected.

Even then it'll probably start fading within 3 or 4 years.

Fit is looking great! I just order Smoked LEd tails last night for my 2007 - can't wait to get them on with the CF hood and black rims - should look pretty nice.

I'm not too big on the GE8's but I must admit I like the cleanliness of these here milano. I thing it might be some play of the lighting, but me definitely likes.
