swflej1 & swflge8 fit's

So I've owned my fit for a few months now and the wife has had hers just a little longer, since getting the fits I've be bugging the hell out of her to do a few little things like Rims, tint, maybe lower it. She tells me, "No! not until the warranty is up." So i started showing her around the forums and now we're going up to the meet next week in Orlando and the next thing I noticed we are going to Jo-Ann then I go out to do some work and come home to this:

I'll post some more when it's done and more light....I guess we don't need our warranty anymore.

I saw all the fabric on the ground and thought she was going to wrap her dash...if she was doing that, she has some mad sewing skills.

Actually I do have some mad sewing skills, I was up late last night sewing covers for my sun visors. And I am wrapping my glove box and headset. I think doing the whole dash would be too much.

i have to admit, those visors look very good. If i didn't swap cars with my wife from time to time, i know that she'd love to do something like that to 1 of our cars lol. but i won't let her cuz i drive and clean both!

I couldn't find a headliner tutorial anywhere in the forums, is there one already or should we try making one?

FYI - Wrapping the headset is out...didn't like how it looked.

please do! I think there are a few pic threads from when people did them but no clear DIY. If you two tooks pics it would be awesome if you could put them together for a diy!

Sure we'll put one together may take a lil while do to work. But if anyone is doing it and needs some help just ask me or swflge8. I'll take some more pics and post later.

Good news! Tutorial pictures are on the way! I'm redoing my headliner because I didn't like the way the purple plaid looked. Going with blue now.

Just got my car programmed for keyless entry and I love it! No more trying to find a keyhole in a black door in an unlit parking lot. If anyone else is interested in doing this, check out this video.

Yes, please! Especially if you have detailed pics of how to take the visors off. I reread the service manual over and over and over, and I still couldn't get mine off.

Thanks! Looking forward to your DIY. I've been wanting to upgrade for awhile, but I eventually just gave up on that damn visor clip. Is it too much to ask to just use screws like they used to?
