It's lookin' good bro. I like shots 2 and 3, the time of day and the palm trees give it that chill California feel. I hope you pick another location like that, but without so many distracting cars in the background, for the next shoot.

i'm not exactly sure yet, but that doesn't sound like a bad idea. i just want a better location than a parking lot for the next shoot.

I'm not sure that I like the black emblem but the smoked brake light looks cool. Did you do paint or film?

i'm not 100% on the emblem either, but it ties the back together with the front so it's all good. it's just a minor detail and it might end up temporary, really depends on how funds go. i was originally going to get the sport front grille but it's too much money for me to be spending right now, but most likely in the future.

two layers of dark smoked vinyl on the third brake light. the reflector has a texture to it so it looks weird up close but i don't really mind.
it's also temporary until i can get the car retinted so you can't see the brake light through the tint.

Pretty sure third brake lights like that are required by law. Doubt you'll get any hassle for it tho. I think it has to do with making sure drivers of tall vehicles (buses, semis) can see you're braking. Stupid government.

regarding the brake light, i highly doubt i'll get any trouble for it. i have the tbl on my tC smoked also, and i haven't had any issues with it.
little photoshoot from today:

i'm pretty happy with how this set came out

Yeah I'm sure you won't. It's just something the gov't makes auto manufacturers do. Like making the height of the bumper the same on passenger cars. Once people get their cars and lower them, it nullifies the whole point of them doing it in the first place.

On another note, you had any issues with your s-coils? I'm debating between those and the tein s-techs. From pictures I prefer the look of the drop with the s-coils, but heard some people having issues with them.

Btw, the photos look good!

go with the s-coils. i was in the same debate as you, but the s-techs give a little reverse rake, and pictures make it seem like the s-coils go down lower. i haven't had any issues with them, but i'm still upgrading to coilovers in the future.

^ thanks!

haven't updated in awhile, but here's a little preview from the last round of mods:

-revo technica short shifter
-oem arm rest
-crown royal shift boot
-edead 45 in the doors, trunk, and spare tire bay
-redid all the audio wiring

i'll have good pics soon. i haven't had time to take any new pictures of the interior with the arm rest and everything on. also, if all goes as planned, i'll have a major update by the end up this month *fingers crossed*

Nice. I have the Revo and Crown Royal boot as well! I love the shifter. Thought about getting a weighted Blox gold ball shift knob to accent the boot, but went with a Skunk2 knob instead. Still love it.
