Adventures of Moose - a '12 TW Fit

Friend works at the dealership and let's just say I got it cheaper than what you can get it online, pre-shipped, with no tax. With my current bumper, I just didn't want to bother having to fix all the chips and center-drilled hole and just get a nice clean slate, spray it, clear it, put the lip on. That way, I can have it as an entirely separate show-bumper and run my current as a daily.

that's a cool steering wheel! nice job on your ride. i like that its on bags so you can clear bumps and stuff.. definitely be able to run your show bumper as daily with clearbra in this case.. right? that's the one problem we have in my area.. big bumps and dips on expressways.. at night its funny watching sparks fly behind lowered cars.

Running on 5 hours of sleep, woke up (due to my inability to go back to sleep) and decided to finally tackle the swap/install.
New bumper on - yay! No stupid drilled hole! Also on, Mugen Fit Shuttle grill(e).
Front is aired up but clipped and bolted up the bumper and installed the Mugen Shuttle Lip Spoiler. Had to be careful to get the non-LED bumper (thanks America!); luckily there was non-LED shuttles in Japan. Install was fairly straight forward.
Jamba run - lowered it back down (not aired out) to see how it would look in a more aggressive stance. Very happy.

Friends from Japan came to visit so I showed them around. Aired out with the new face.
No one wanted a steal on these so I'll just use them. SSRs will be fs.
The last piece for the car aside from the spoiler. This phase will be completed this weekend.

Awesome build and nice ride you got there. I was looking at the steering wheel pics and wanted to ask...is it possible to replace the steering wheel audio controls without removing the whole wheel? Mine are worn from the previous owner. Thx!

Steering wheel has to be removed to take off the back plastic cover to access the screws holding the buttons in.

Thanks! While I may be the first, I know I won't be the last.
