there isn't a (painted) option if it's OEM - it only comes primered (like you posted)
if someone offeres to prepaint you a bumper and says it's OEM i most likely isnt!

yea, i remember when someone smashed my EP3 fender and purchased me a new one, it came primed. idk for sure, my assumption is that only accessory parts come color matched such as lips and spoilers.
