For SALE: JDM RS Rear DISK Brake Caliper and Rotor (with pads)

I want to sell as a SET (not separate):

a. A PAIR (2 piece left and right) of JDM RS Rear DISK Brake CALIPER assy,
already painted YELLOW with High Temp Paint.
This Brake Caliper is BRAND NEW, but when I paint them I think I put them in oven too long so I think I might had cooked the rubber seal, so assume a REBUILD seal is needed (seal are the same as Honda Civic Si caliper so it is NOT expensive).
The paint itself had a bit chipped due to mounting dismounting when I am making a bracket for it.
but it might not need a rebuild seal, I just assume the worse.

b. A Pair (left and right) of JDM RS rear disk brake rotor and I already paint the Surface of the center hub of the rotor with high temp silver paint.
This Rotor is also in BRAND NEW condition (thickness still the maximum 9mm)

c. A Pair of JDM RS rear brake pads sets (left and right), also in Brand New (never used) condition.

All the parts above are Real Original Genuine JDM RS Honda factory parts !

If you want to convert your USDM rear drum brake, to disk brake using my parts above
you still need to make a custom bracket and buy the parking brake cable (you could buy this from Japan and it is NOT expensive,
or some people used Honda Civic Si parking brake cable).
You also need to buy some brake line adaptor and brake hoses (or buy the JDM brake line).

There might be other modification needed, so it is the responsibility of the buyer to make the necessary modification.

The advantage of my parts are,
they are all original spec for Honda Fit,
so the performance will follow the Honda Factory standard.
My JDM RS disk rotor have shallow offset (not deep offset like a Civic Si or Integra rear disk rotor), so it should help with the bracket spacing.
They are all brand new parts taken off from a brand new JDM RS car which had been a victim of flood ( fresh water flood not salt water), so they do not have any wear and tear like if you buy from junkyard.

I don't need them anymore because I have a larger custom 12in rotor.

I had checked the brand new price in Japan for the 3 items that I want to sell,
all the parts above will cost around $800 WITHOUT shipping/handling charges from Japan (and other bank/currency charges). which mean if you buy brand new from Japan, it would cost around $900 or more (since it is heavy to ship).

BUT
if you buy this items from me,
I want to sell them all for just $400
and that already INCLUDING SHIPPING in Lower 48 states !!!

if you are LOCAL in Southern California and want to come and pick up, I will sell them for just $375 !!!

Just for clarification, is this setup for a GD3 or GE8 or both?

 

Hello,
This setup came from JDM RS GE8,
but I am sure it can be fitted to a GD3,
as long as you willing to make custom bracket for it.

also the Piston inside this rear caliper is the smaller 30mm piston,
so the brake bias will remain balanced and no need to upgrade the front brake.
