The Eibach Pro-Kit looks really nice... but has anyone put on the Eibach Sportline Kit???

The Sportline says it will lower the front 1.8 inches and the rear 2.0 inches. Whereas the Pro-Kit is front 1.2 and rear 1.4.

I would like to see pics of the Sportline kit on the Fit.

Screw that! (I mean the amount of lowering) Why do most, not all, but most spring manufacturers lower the Fit more in the rear than in the front? It doesn't make sense to me.

To each their own, of course... but I really don't like the rear sitting lower (or even as low) as the front end. Just doesn't have an optimal look to me. Not all Fits look that way even if the springs lower more in the rear, I realize this.

I don't know... just personal preference, I suppose.

To each his own.
Eibach has been around forever. . They know what they're doing. I personally think the fit has a raked look with the stock suspension. To even it out, most spring manufacturers lower the rear more.

i agree, i never liked spring companies that do squat look, especially on the FIT, cause since i will drive people around, then the back will be tucking tire and the front still 2 finger gap

I'm running 205/40-17 Falken Ziex ZE-512 in the front and 195/40-17 Yokohama S-Drive in the back.

Ideal size for this car is 205/45-17, since most are only 7" wide.

Now Ive got 205/40-17 falkens all around, which are a little smaller in overall diameter, but not by much.

185/55-16 = 24.01 OD (Factory Sport)
195/40-17 = 23.14
205/40-17 = 23.46
215/40-17 = 23.77
205/45-17 = 24.26 (Closest)
215/45-17 = 24.62

Am I dreaming, or did you used to have different wheels? I could have sworn you had wheels with a kind of a semi-star spoke pattern (?) with a polished lip. Am I right about that?

If so, nothing good or bad, no opinion either way... just wondering why you went back to stock.

Either way, it looks good. I like the drop, but I couldn't have that in my area... it would be a major pain in the rear where I live. I'd probably end up doing damage to the front lip.

Yeah, my problem is I want something that rides at least as good as stock... maybe even a little bit softer/smoother/better than stock. Unfortunately, the springs I've checked out that claim such seem to lower more in the rear than in the front, and seem to be the most expensive.

I wanted Swifts... but I don't know if I want to pay their higher prices.

Lol @ "squat look"! (not making fun of your analogy... it's just that it's funny, and it, well, "fits"!

The cargo factor is something I didn't even think of... if you load people or things in the back (the Fit is light in the rear anyway) it's going to get even more of that rear-slam-w/nose-in-the-air look. Some muscle cars used to look good like that. Even at that, in my opinion only a few could pull it off and look good. Not exactly great for aerodynamics either!

And yeah, given the Fit's rear-to-front natural downward slope - compliments of its sides' character lines - it doesn't look real good dropped more in the rear.

Only my opinion, though.

The Mugen springs I had gave 20mm drop and a great ride. You would be very happy with them.

Gap Front 2 fingers / Rear 2.5 fingers.

yeah I use to have different wheels. too many people have em' so they are gone. just ordered a new set today actually and I scrape everywhere I go I have some pretty haggard roads in the area. I need to buy a lip just so I don't keep trashing my bumper(it's about half inch thinner from when I purchased).
