Problem with Progress rear sway bar - bolts pushing up on the rubber seat

I have researched the Progress rear sway bar and there is a problem with the way the Progress rear sway bar bolts up to the car.

I found a thread that had this information: After installing the Progress rear sway bar, the springs used to sit perfect in the rubber seat on the perch, now there are 3 bolts that are clearly in the way. The rubber seat on the perch is slightly covering part of the holes that the sway bar bolts through. The rubber seat now sits crooked on 3 bolt heads.

Does the Ultra Racing rear sway bar bolt up the same way and does it have the same problem with the bolts pushing up on the rubber seat?

Does the Ultra Racing rear sway bar's 4 bolts mean it is not secured as tight to the car since the Progress rear sway bar is secured by 6 bolts?

You can use different bolts that don't stick up so much, this has been discussed a lot for the GD Progress sway bar.

But even shallow bolts will push up on the rubber seat.

Do you have a link to the shallow bolts and are they grade 8 bolts?

Here's a picture of different bolts and it still sticks up:

Does the Ultra Racing rear sway bar have this problem?
I would rather buy a rear sway bar that works out of the box.

the pics you have links to are the bolts provided by progress, not what others have used. as secondspassed has stated, there has been plenty of discussion about the hardware already. progress has changed that for the ge8 from my understanding

and it wont affect performance as long as the springs arent physically on the bolts. it may puncture the rubber spring seat, but it wont affect it performance wise.

That's my picture - and it's of the original progress supplied bolts, not the replacement button head ones.
