Best Lowering Springs for +40 Offset

Ok so heres the deal, im running 17x7 +40 wrapped in 205/40/17 and I want to know what is the best lowering spring for this setup that doesnt require rolling, pulling, or tucking etc. I only want a modest drop nothing insane because there are alot of bumps and dips near me.

What is the lowest spring i can use with zero rubbing. i get zero rubbing right now btw at stock which DUHH but just thought id throw that in there.

TIA!

The eibach pro kit for no rubbing...I'm on sportlines and when I ran your exact size I only rubbed with a fully loaded vehicle or hard cornering.

Have you considered the T1R lowering springs for the Fit as well? The drop isn't too aggressive, yet you'll still maintain comfortable ride quality.
