Vogtland Lowering springs?

Has anyone here tried or heard anything about Vogtland Sport Lowering Springs?
What are your experiences?

And does 16x7 ET40 with 205/45/16 rub the arches with 1.6in Drop?

Good chance any lowering of 1.5" will rub with 205/45x16 tires on wheels with less than 45 mm offset.
