Do the progress springs settle?

Okay progress spring owners heres one for you.. did your springs settle after x amount of time? and if so how much lower did it make your car? I just installed mine and they seem just a tad too high making me consider other options... I just dont' want to go through the process of changing the springs again..

All metal springs will settle some, about a quarter-inch or so, but it may take a year.

gmane- when did you install them? give it at least 2-3 weeks (500miles)
for the springs to do its initial break-in.

as noted above, some springs will sag over time.
