function form type 2 question

so i've had these coils for a month now.. but i still cant seem to figure out how to stiffen the shocks. well i do, but i've turned the nob (on top of the shock towers) left and right to max but i cant seem to feel it get any stiffer o__o

heres the nob http://i1255.photobucket.com/albums/...615_201122.jpg and im sure Lo = soft and Hi = stiff so left turns are soft, and right turns stiffen?

so i dont know whether im actually stiffening the coils or not. im dropped as low as the coils will allow right now and im having SLIGHT rubbing issue and want to make my coils max stiff so i get less rubbing.
