Swift Springs with 17s?

Hi everyone,

Is this suppose to be the correct stance with swift springs and 17s? In other members pictures, it seems that their car is lowered more on swifts.

I am on just 17x7 +45 offset 205/40

Any help would be great....otherwise I think i might take them off and go coilovers.

Thanks.

Yup that looks about right. It's a 2 fingerish gap.

This is our car with Swift springs on factory shocks. 17x7 +43 205/40/17

It's the 205/40 that makes it not look as low as others with Swifts. If you are not going any lower then the Swifts you should have run 205/45.

This would keep the OD very close to stock 185/55/16 and you would not have that much of a gap.I'm pretty sure with the safe +45 you will not rub with the 45 series tire and Swifts.

If you are going more for looks I would just sell the Swifts and go coilover. The drop will be more noticeable with a 205/45 but may still not be what you want.

Your Fit looks sharp with those wheels and I would not change a thing but I do not want my car any lower then what the Swifts give you.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. At this point, I am thinking I will probably sell the swift and go with the buddy club N+.

You should have no problem selling the Swifts and the Buddy Club Coilovers are a good choice.

had a chance to ride in one with buddy clubs... they are harsh and prone to clunking noise. I also had the chance on riding an FRS with buddy clubs... same thing, clunking noise and jarring ride. a clear cut case of you get what you pay for.

for about the same price or a few hundred more... look into tanabe, tein and cusco
