Interior cabin creaking

Hey guys, need some advice;
I'm starting to get more and more creaking on the inside of the car at the back every time I go up and down driveways/speedbumps at an angle. At first, I was alright with it when I was dropped on springs because I figured the chassis isn't that strong and it seemed inevitable. But after gettin' coilovers on, the creaking's been getting louder.

So here's my question: will getting any bars/braces help stop the creaking? I've really been debating going this route because I need the cargo space but the creaking's a bit louder than usual now (then again, it's usually with 2-3 people in the back which is probably why it's so loud).
If this is the solution, does anyone know which will help best? i.e. Rear sway, or getting a C pillar bar/Rear strut bar/X bar
I know they're supposed to be put on to help handling and all that jazz but it seems to me like they could help a bit since they stiffen the chassis, no?
If it isn't, does anyone else know what to do to keep the cabin from creaking or am I just whining too much lol
