2011 GE8 / Tein Adavance z coils and volks ce28

Hi everyone. New to wheel and tire fitment here. I have a 2011 Honda Fit Sport. Planning to lower it on Tein Advance Z Coilovers. There is a guy that sells ce28 in my area, both are 16x7 first is +42 and the other set is +48. Which do you suggest that will not have rubbing issues and also suggestion on tire size? Thanks fam!

Those are very desirable wheels!!!

Either of those offsets will fit. The +42 would be my choice as it will have the best look with the wheels a bit further out than stock. The +48 is closer to the factory offset and the benefit there is that you could run a spacer if needed.

I would probably buy whichever set is in better condition, but go with the +42 if they're the same.

Oh, for tire size, 205/50-16's are a perfect "fit."

Thanks! Do you think with that tire size I will have problems with rubbing?

+48 are the easier fit.

I’d run 195/50/16, 205 just look too big on a 7” wheel to me.

16x7 48et with a 205 WILL rub if u drop more than an inch (probably without even dropping that much on dips) with the coilovers.
for reference....im on 15x6.5 40et with 205 and had minor scrubbing on the liner up front on a 2.5 drop.

i guess a lot depends on how low you plan to lower the car.

16x7 +48 is 2mm less aggressive than what you’re using.

also, 16x7 with 205/50/16 is going to have a different sidewall shape than 205/??/15 on 15x6.5.

I have 16x7 +38 on 195/50/16, lowered on swift springs, and the car has never rubbed.

Oops meant his +42et option.
And im on 50 sidewall. On op wheels he would be a bit more squared off on the sidewall w the additional .5 inch rim width.
Just realized i sped thru n halfarsed my answer...But yea...too many variables for a definite answer
