I have had 3 sets of Rotas. Drove the poo out of them and NEVER had one single problem. They were PERFECT and were resold to another user.

I've also had MANY friends with Rotas--boosted, n/a, stock...never had any of them ever have a problem.

Btrthnezr3 thanks for the input

will 215/40/17 work for 17x7.5 +45 rota SVN wheels or try different tire spec ?

and any place offers good deals for rota other than machIII.net?

Machiii.net guarantees to be the lowest price on the net and will beat any other listed price you can find. Just an fyi.

I have Rota Circuit 10s as mentioned, 16x7 +45, on my GD. So far so good, no cracking whatsoever.

There are a lot of Rota haters, even on this forum. I understand the hate because they make knockoffs, but in my experience you can't complain about their quality. They're par for the course as far as cast wheels go.

Are Mach111's prices for true Rota's, or are they cheaper quality? The reason I ask is the main supplier has the C10 for 400+, while Mach111 has them for 120. This supplier has the best choices of offsets, sizes and finish that I've found but seem quite higher.

I believe JLB's site is per set.

As far as Machiii.net...I have ordered from them...and they are true Rota.
I would never pay 400 per wheel for a Rota---about 120 to 170 per wheel is the price I've found on the internet depending on size/style.

Yea, I wouldn't either...but I'm getting 16s from the cheapest place on the net. My wheels will be $120 each.

I've seen more expensive online stores sell rota 18s for around that much.

Well...

Rota has a variety of colors and styles...

I have not been able to find real deal rims in decent shape for under 500 bucks for an entire set.

Are those prices posted for the set of four(e.g $125) or just a single wheel? If single wheel, they're expensive. I would recommend ebay.

i was looking at hte same wheel combination either hte circuit 10's or the svn's in 17's white on my ssm ge8 but im looking to be really low, and i wanted to know if anyone had any knowledge on how they will tuck? if it will fit behind the fender and i think i might run 185/45/17 or 195/45/17, and just stretch them a litle bit to assur fender clearence

I never had any quality issues with rota, they were about the same as konig, tsw, and similar wheels brands.. and to me they hold up fine to abuse. jlbmotorsports.com is a pretty good place to get rota....tell them you saw them on honda-tech.com
jlb's screen name is drflicker
Dustin I believe is his name that posts.

I have personally owned over 33 sets of wheels (not that it makes me any more knowledable over anyone else) I also sell wheels, and get feedback from my customers, to find out which ones to recommomend (whether it be price / finish / weight / strength). I am also looking at wheels for my new GE fit as well, I am not sure if I will go for some more reasonably priced wheels like rotas or go all out for some advans (500 a set compared to 2000 for the advans)...whatever you choose make sure they will fit how you like and that you like them....you have to roll them.
