For the best handling, what's the ideal tire size to run in a 16 x 7 rim (+40 ish offset)??

I think the J's GE is running 225/45/16 front and 215/45/16 rear, but I'm not sure of the width and offset ofthe rims they're using.

Any help is appreciated.

 

205 would be wide enough.. anything more is a lil to much for a 7 inch wheel ..195s are good .. thats what im running on my 16x7s
