With 205/45, will i have a bigger fender gap? Im about 2 fingers with the stock tires lowered on swift.

I'm not familiar with those wheels, but with the OEM Fit Sport alloy wheels, 205/50-15 tires work just fine (standard suspension, not lowered). As a side benefit, the speedometer is essentially spot-on with this tire size, which has a circumference just a hair bigger than the stock tires.

No It will not rub. I am running 16x7 +35 wrapped by 205/50 lower on eibach sportline. No rubbing at all. And i believe the drop on sportline is more than swift springs. So your setup will be fine. 205/45 will look better though.
