You're going to need to make sure that they are the proper offset for the Fit. I am not certain of what offsets will be safe but if it's not enough backspacing, you can always fix that with spacers.

As long as it has a 4x100 bolt pattern it will bolt up. Offset is key with any wheel choice. Any mini cooper wheel will bolt up no problem with their offset. Offset is also the problem as well. People on this site have ran 16x7 +13 fronts and 16x8 +25 rears. Also 0 offsets have been seen. It all depends on what look you are going for.

My GD runs 17x7 +42

Also, keep in mind that just because the bolt pattern is 4x100 doesn't automatically mean that they will fit. While having sold several sets of wheels I found that the lugs on the car makes a difference, they have to be a certain length . For instance a set of wheels (Aftermarket) that I took off my ryde would not work on a 08 nissan sentra and a couple other cars that I tried... Tried several dif. lug nuts too!

Will these work on a 09 Fit?

16x7.5 4x100/114.3 +38 offset.

you're probably going to rub unless you get some stretchy tires. 205/50/60 will definitely rub.
