Need assistance on where to go from here!

So I'm runnin' 215/45/17 on 17x7s and I rub crazy when I get passengers in the back.. and thats with stock height haha. I think one of my rear shocks is softer than it's supposed to be.. it seems to be only one side all the time.

I'm planning on getting Buddy Club N+'s in the near future-- I'm wondering will I still have rubbing issues if I lower with the coilovers and maybe a little negative camber? Or will it be best to downsize the tires and go for something like 205/45 or 205/40s?

Thanks for the help!

I run 17x7 +42 volks on 205/40 toyos. I'm low. Your first problem is the 215s. Next what is your offset? And last roll the damn fender lip and cut bumper tab.

I know right.. my offset is +38. I was thinking if it'd look better with 195s compared to 205s or would it even make much difference?
