45 offset on 2003 Civic alloy rims a problem for 2012 Fit base?

In typical newbie fashion, I bought some 2003 Civic 15x6 (45 offset) alloy wheels off craigslist without checking specifically if they'll be okay on a 2012 base Fit. My plan is to just take my stock dunlop tires and put them on the Civic wheels (with the Fit's TPMS sensors) and mount them on the Fit. Is the 45 offset something I need to be concerned with?

They will be fine.

Stock on sport is 16x6.5 +53
I run 16x7 +45 and no rubbing.

Don't fret.
