16x7 et30

I think I found my wheel and am concerned with the tire fitment. Ive found quite a few guys running a 195/40.

Would this be a decent stretch? Or just come out lookin like a low rider? 5mm spacers are welcome. I have no problem rollin or slightly pulling the fenders.

My budget is around $1000 for wheels and Im having trouble finding 16x8s with an offset close to 30 in yhat price range.

Any advice is welcome.

There will be zero stretch.

That said, stretch on a wheel that's less than 9" wide is super lame anyway.

Well I like jdmjunkies setup its a mild stretch. A 9" wide wheels seems a little over the top.

A 9" wide wheel wouldn't work well on a Fit. I'm just saying nothing under 9j should have stretch. It just looks silly.

Tires will fit fine, there will be no stretch at all.

I would be more concerned with figuring out what fender work you have to do in the front to fit +30 without rubbing.

You need like 165s or something to stretch on a 7, and like Mike said, that's just silly Euro stuff.

No offense to VAG vwvortex guys

After a little more research i decided 16x8 +20 is my venture. Fender pulling is a must as far as i understand.

I know this isn't a big favorite on FF, but its what i wanna see when i look at my car, so off i go.

205/40/16 is what i understand to be my best tire choice. I'm already sitting on buddy club coilovers.
