I had at one point 14" HX wheels and they fit fine without spacers.....I did have to grind one little spot down on the caliper......other than that.....


I have to sell my 16 Rota Slips........and the dude has 13" steelies for me plus cash. I do not know if they will fit. Any one have any input?

 

No they won't clear the calipers. AFAIK 14" is the smallest you can go and even at that it's a barely like you experienced already.
