Found some nice Volk Racing Monsters for sale but I'm not 100% sure if they'll fit.
I've searched on the forum but only found that; ET50 7" width might rub depending on the tire width.

The specs are:
- 16"
- 7" wide
- ET50

Not keen in rolling the fenders and the car won't be lowered ( daily driver).
Would they fit and if so which tire size is recommended?

 

The wheels are 4x100 right? They should fit just fine with no rubbing. I have 16" ET42 with only mine rubbing on a lowered car and 205/45/16 tires. For tires id recommend something in the 205/50 or 205/55 size on a car that is not lowered.

Might not be the prettiest of rims and definitely not the lightest but if I get them for less than 800$ I might strike a deal.

Those are for more of VIP-ish style. Slammed or flush, those rims are good.
