I'm not sure what the hell I'm looking at. I want to say they adapted an early generation HKS kit to the GK5 but the GK5 throttle body is not in that location (by the firewall). It is directly to the left of the battery. Is that even an Earth Dreams engine? Waiting for the guy to respond on Youtube!

He posted his modlist in the video description. he's running the HKS FCON IS which is an ECU piggyback w/ a custom harness and protune. it also gives him the ability to convert to a MAP setup which answers your question above

-HKS Turbo Kit
-Custom piping
-HKS Racing Suction Open Filter
-HKS Fcon Is
-HKS BOV SSQV IV
-HKS EVC 6
-HKS downpipe
-Custom front & center pipe
-HKS Silent Hi Power Muffler

400 hp at 0.4 bar in a Fit?

I struggle to believe that, regardless of turbo sizing.

I'm not even struggling! I'm LMAO! It's entertaining though! Maybe we should raid the comments/reply section.

Stock internals too.

That rich running, popping snarling beast on the dyno got to 230whp on stock internals running 0.9 bar.

400hp

Never had a better chance to use that.

Cool someone put together a kit anyway.

Wait! How did it go from an GK5 Auto CVT to a GE8 Manual?

Is this an episode of transformers?

I think "that" is actually supposed to be "this" and c3kay was just posting a different vid and result for reference.

230hp @ 0.9 bar vs the claimed 400hp @ 0.4 bar

Ah thanks!

Was waiting on someone to say since the CVT is so inefficient, it absorbed 170whp through the 'weak' belts.

That is an IDM (Indonesian Market) honda fit. In indonesia, the new GK5 fit comes with the same L15a unit you find in the GE8! Engine code: L15Z5

So i suspect it is just a HKS kit for the GE8 that has been retrofitted to work on the GK5 chassis.

Hope that helps.
