I don't know about lane departure glass? I know in Chicago the regular glass will run $240 OTD from Aaron Auto Glass. Even though it's not feasible for them to replace your glass, give them a call for reference. They are one of the cheapest that I have found in my area.
I'm sure part of the cost is the recalibration of the sensor.
My brother in law does auto glass and he said he can replace the glass for a few hundred but it's up to the owner to get it recalibrated at the dealership.
I am just going through this with my MDX with Acura Watch. The extra cost is associated with recalibration of the "Advanced Driver's Aid System (ADAS)" which cost $600 alone with Safelite. I would say the variance is associated with going with OEM or aftermarket glass. Since my MDX has heated windshield, a variation of HUD and accoustic glass, I asked my insurance company to replace with OEM and was approved. I have called couple of local glass shops that can replace the windshield, but most do not recalibrate the ADAS. They recommend that gets done at the dealership and I would expect most insurance covers that additional cost.
