GK Key Fob Activating in Pocket

What I've noticed is that if I have any other objects in my pocket with my GK standard key fob (LX), the key fob buttons get depressed frequently leading to premature fob battery drain. I only noticed this after I was walking back to my car and the Alarm went off (a few weeks' after I replaced my battery on my year old fob). Is anyone else having this issue - if so any solutions other than storing the key in a not-so-convenient location?

can you find a key cover? Preferably one made from a leather type material not soft like silicone? I can only find one for our model of key (unless you have push button), and it's from wish (please don't buy from wish lol).

Great idea - didn't know these existed. A silicone key fob cover. BTW the GK Fit LX keyed fob is model number HLIK6-1T.
