PANIC Alarm Nightmare

PANIC Alarm Nightmare
Folks my panic alarm keeps going off. I have taken it to two honda specialist, the honda dealer who claims to have spoken to honda central and two highly regarded alarm specialist in los angeles. The alarm people think they have fixed it but that hate letters from neighbors keep coming and soon my car will be towed.
What I can say is that it isn't the hood latch since we disconnected it. No indicators on the dashboard of any doors being opened ever. It is parked in a private closed garage.
Prior to all this happening I went to the garage one morning to go to work and I found out my battery was dead. Just thinking my 2016 fits battery needed replacing i didn't think much. Especially the nightbefore while sitting in the car with it powered off the dash lights started to flicker on and off and if I was starting the car but then turning off. The engine didn't engage. I just figured something weird with a low battery. When AAA installed the battery we heard clicking from the fuze box (maybe relay?) Again thinking this was maybe some sort of reset no biggie. Since then I come to find out my panic alarm is going off randomly and probably that was the ultimate death to my battery. Or maybe some fuze thing going on?
Can someone put me to the relay that would involve my battery? Also is there a fuze I can just pulled out to disconnect this whole system. I can't take the risk of the car being toward and it isn't favor to my neighbors.
Today I will also check for any chewed wires from mice. Notice my desperation? Please god help me
Thanks
M
