3 dash lights after rear soacer install

i just installed 25mm rear spacers, and about 2 minutes into my test drive, the TPMS, Traction control, and power steering(?) lights went on. also on thge right gauge it's saying to "check charge system".

this all seems odd to me that rear spacers would cause this. is this just the computer getting confused about the car's alignment or something? anyone else have similar issues after installing spacers?

yes, very weird. idk if it’s just a coincidence that this problem just so happened to occur right after the install or if it’s the spacers fault. battery terminals are good, i tried unplugging the battery for a few min to see if it would reset the lights with no luck.
