Replacement floor mats

Gosh, it’s been quite awhile since I’ve last been here. Hope everyone’s having a great Christmas 2021!

My OEM driver’s side carpeted floor mat needs replacing, and I want to upgrade to a better brand/type, but don’t want to break the bank. I only need first row replacement, the back-rows are fine. I have no friends to drive around with anyways LOL

All-weather types are a must and must be fitted for my 2019. I don’t trust those “Trim-to-fit” types.

WeatherTech is way beyond my budget. My Honda dealership parts department may still carry
them, but original Honda parts are pricey.

Any ideas?

I just use the OEM ones. Nothing better out there.

My 2018 Fit came with the Honda Fit custom mats. They're very similar to Weathertech but not quite as good. They do fasten down so that they don't move around. Since mine were included with the car I don't know what the cost would be from the dealer. They've held up nicely and hold water and dirt well, easy to remove and clean.

RockAuto has some decent all-weather mats that are probably equivalent to OEM yet not as pricey as WeatherTech/Husky etc.

Did you end up buying new floor mats? I have an extra set of the OEM carpet ones that you could have for free. I'm in Dallas if you're interested.

No, I haven’t purchased them yet. And thanks for the offer, but I think I’ll pass. I’ve lived with the broken floor mat for so long that I’ve gotten used to it, sad as it may seem. LOL

Too bad Fits were discontinued. I’m going to drive mine till the wheels fall off.

Same. I’m hoping that I’ll get at least 15 years out of this car. Let me know if you change your mind on the floor mats.

I've got Husky mats (item# 99491) they were a little less expensive than Weather Tech but I think they are totally worth it. Fit well, look nice and easy to hose off

I did the Husky mats as well. I've had them for almost 6 years now and they've been great. From what I remember those who got the Weather Tech mats complained about them sliding around on the passenger side as they didn't have any little spikes to hold them in place like the Huskies do.

I have had 3D MAXpider classic floor liners for 1½ years now, and I've been very happy with them. They are fitting well, covering also the left foot resting pedal and stay on place. And for me one important thing is that rear seat mat is one piece and covers the floor under the rear seats. Not sure if they are still available though.
