My Honda Fit is Haunted! Help!!!

Hey all,
I just noticed one day that my fit was doing some strange things. The car kept flickering and the keyfob is not near close (inside the house). Do you guys have any ideas what it could be? Check out these two videos? My car is completely stock (2017 EX-L, CVT), no aftermarket alarm, new battery installed last week.

Any ideas would be very helpful.

"new battery installed last week."
Something that changed recently is always a good place to start. Are the connectors clean & tight?

I see a blinking(?) light under the steering wheel / dash area. Is it possibly a spark? Did somebody mess with something under there?
Maybe they installed a little backup battery onto the ODB-II port during battery change (so car doesn't lose all the settings when battery is disconnected).
And then, they FORGOT to remove it after the battery replacement. Or something like that....

You definitely need priest. One experienced in exorcisms.

j/k I'd follow @saveMT 's advice. I recently experienced a loose positive battery cable that turned my pretty, little Fit into a 2500 pound driveway paperweight. A 10mm wrench fixed it.

The blinking under the dash is actually for my Radar detector. This has never happened before and it just started last week even with old battery. I have a Ring Camera installed in my garage now to see if it happens again.

For everyone's enjoyment. I thought it had to do with the Start Button.
